At Ignatiuz, we believe in creating meaningful experiences that go beyond the classroom. We recently had the pleasure of welcoming a group of bright students and their faculty to our campus for an engaging and insightful session.
The visit began with Amit Wadhwani introducing the students to Ignatiuz’s journey—our roots, our vision, and how we continue to evolve with purpose. His session set the tone by offering a glimpse into the values that drive our innovation.
Next, Arwa Yusufi took the students through the heart of our culture. She spoke about the vibrant minds behind Ignatiuz, the strong foundation of trust and values we operate on, and how people remain our biggest strength.
Sumit Chimnani followed with an exciting talk on Artificial Intelligence and innovation. From real-world examples to forward-thinking solutions, his session gave students a peek into how we’re using technology to shape tomorrow.
Sumit Chimnani wrapped up the talks with a powerful session titled “From Coding to Software Engineering.” He discussed how development practices have transformed and what it means to engineer solutions rather than just write code—encouraging students to see the bigger picture in software development.
To close the day, we conducted a creative activity where students were asked to fold and cut a tissue paper in a shape. No two patterns were alike—a beautiful reminder that every individual brings something unique to the table.
The visit concluded with a warm lunch, offering students and faculty a chance to unwind and connect with team members informally.
We’re thankful to the students and faculty for their energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm throughout the day. Experiences like these not only enrich young minds but also inspire us to keep learning and sharing.
