Once that is done, our experts will provide a Root Cause Corrective Action Plan that states what the issue was, how it was corrected, and how we can prevent it from happening again.

ShareSupport from Ignatiuz is a monthly service package for those organizations that have a regular need for SharePoint support . This package offers a discount rate of the standard Ad Hoc remote support rate. In addition, the package contains these features:

This is one of our most popular services. This not only allows our team to become familiar with your system-environment, but also gives you the opportunity to receive feedback on your installation and configuration from one of our infrastructure specialists.

  • E-mail and phone support

Support is provided from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.

  • Guaranteed 8-hour response time

During regular support hours, you get access to a separate e-mail account that is monitored by several of our team members. They work with SharePoint 2013 every day, know its inside-out, and will go that extra mile to meet your demands.

  • 12 hours of consulting/training per calendar month

These hours can be used towards site administration, site collection administration, and server administration. This includes all out-of-the-box functionality. Weekly reports provide clients with a status update for their hour-usage.
